Video offers buyers the ability to truly establish an emotional connection through music and movement, in addition to gaining an understanding of the layout, the features and flow of a home.
Videos are also what grab people’s attention, more so than photos. A video gets measurably more views than a photo on social media platforms. We also house these videos on a youtube channel, in addition to our site, and other members of our brokerage push them out as well to get a very large reach.
Professional photography on any listing is a must. The best of that, is what we use. There are only a couple select and vetted pros that we use. I worked with Matt to sell my step-mother’s condo in Greer as part of her estate. This was particularly challenging as I live out of state and really needed someone I could trust on the ground in SC.
Matt was incredible throughout the entire process— from setting the price (above what I originally hoped)to helping arrange final repairs. Matt kept me informed throughout and was immediately responsive to any questions or concerns. Most important, Matt looked out for my best interests rather than a quick sale. The first offer we received sent up red flags to him, and he recommended we reject it, which was the best thing to do. The cash offer than came immediately after was a much cleaner offer and we were able to close quickly.

I remember making the call to Matt. We had noticed our dream house pop up on the market and we were ready to go for it!
